Appointment Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy
I earnestly value the time and commitment of each client, as well as the integrity of the therapeutic process.
To ensure fairness, consistency, and availability for all clients, the following policy applies:
Cancellations
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel an appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
- For prepaid packages, late cancellations will result in the session being counted as used.
- Repeated late cancellations may impact your scheduling priority and continuity of care.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the appointment are treated as cancellations, and the full session fee applies.
- Kindly inform me early if you anticipate any conflicts.
Late Arrivals
- Sessions will conclude at the scheduled end time, even if you arrive late.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may be considered a no-show and charged the full session fee.
- Frequent delays may be addressed to support effective therapeutic engagement.
Extended Sessions
- Standard sessions are 45 to 50 minutes.
- If both parties agree to extend beyond 10 minutes, an additional fee may apply, depending on availability.
- Your consent will always be sought before extending the session.
Refund Policy
- Completed Sessions: All completed sessions (online or in person) are non-refundable.
- Advance Payments: Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice can be rescheduled. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
- Therapist-Initiated Cancellations: In case of cancellation on my part, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of any prepaid amount.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Disputes & Payment Issues: Please reach out directly for any concerns. I am committed to resolving issues with fairness and respect.
