I offer evidence-based psychological counselling, emotional wellbeing support, and coaching tailored to individual cultural and unique needs. Therapy is a collaborative process and outcomes depend on your active participation and external factors.
Services are available to individuals aged 18+ or minors with parent/guardian consent. I reserve the right to decline services if needs are beyond my professional scope.

The counselling relationship is built on trust and respect. My services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. In crises, please contact emergency services immediately.
Sessions are typically 45–50 minutes. Timely attendance is required. Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the Cancellation Policy shared during onboarding.

Therapy offers significant benefits but no guarantees of specific outcomes. Referrals may be provided if additional support is needed.
Either party may discontinue services. It is advisable to discuss termination during a session to ensure appropriate closure and referrals.
